We designed a survey tailored to Clyx’s growth development. As a growing social network for events, it has many important user flows and experiences. Getting genuine and useful feedback from its users is more complex than just asking for reviews on the app store.
By identifying Clyx’s long term target customer goals and assessing its current customer demographics, we designed a survey that will take a unique course depending on what ‘type’ of customer is taking the survey. For example, if the user is a power user or early adopter they get a different set of questions than that of a new user.

Using machine learning, and data analyst prompt engineering, we analyzed Clyx’s existing data of user intake to produce a clearer picture of Clyx’s current and ideal customer profile, then applied that to its MarCom strategy.
